In the event of lost or stolen mail,product replacement is issued immediately. Prior to contacting us, please use your USPS tracking number and contact your local post office. Packaging that cannot fit in your mailbox is sometimes returned to the post office for until they can notify you. This is simply a safety precaution. They may not want to leave it on your doorstep for fear it can be broken or stolen.
Refunds or replacement are issued on ALL damaged goods.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us and explain the situation. We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If a purchase is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus either a 20% restocking fee.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
